About Sentrix

Our story.

We are not a technology company that found an opportunity in care. We are a care organisation that built technology because the right tools did not exist.

Where we come from

Sentrix is its own company, founded by people whose other businesses have delivered residential and domiciliary care across North Wales for more than twenty years. Every product we ship is shaped by people who run night shifts, sit through CQC and CIW inspections, and understand what it means to keep someone safe with dignity at 3am.

There is a significant difference between a technology company entering the care sector and a care organisation building technology. We are the latter. We have been embedded in health and social care for over two decades, and it shows in every decision we make.

Sentrix is built in Wrexham, North Wales, and our first deployments are in homes we know. Being local is not a marketing line: it means we can sit in the room, understand the setting, and stand behind what we install.
